Perfect spot for a solo retreat
The staff was friendly. Just like that. I even had a chat with the owner who was super hands-on monitoring things, you know? And the breakfast, oh man! Those croissants were fresh and flaky, just hit the spot early in the morning.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly,, but you get what you pay for, right?

Had excellent experience.
The rooms were impeccably clean and huge with view to the forest, bathroom, table and chairs, the breakfast was gorgeous. Having a hair dryer, a bidet, and shower caps was a bonus. Location: the hotel was near to the main square, and the restaurant👍

Charming and varied breakfast with fresh options.
The walls in the rooms are thin. You can hear every little noise from the adjoining room as if they were right beside you. The decor feels outdated, which detracted from my overall experience-it's like stepping back in time rather than enjoying a modern getaway. And no tea or coffee making facilities in the room left me frustrated after long days exploring Zagreb.

The location is serene, surrounded by lush greenery and just a short walk from the city center. I appreciated the charming atmosphere, especially in the restaurant, where the breakfast offered good Belgian waffles and a good variety of options. The lack of beverage-making facilities in the room was a downside, as was the occasional noise from adjacent rooms, which disrupted the tranquil environment. While the decor has a vintage charm, it felt a bit outdated at times.

Well-maintained and quiet hotel with amazingly nice staff at the reception desk. The location was stunning, 20 minutes' walk to the center. Woods and hills were close to the venue. That was what I call fabulous base for rest.

great location , but a few minor issues
The hotel is well-situated in the city center, yet surrounded by a peaceful park was good. The rooms are spacious with large windows that offer lovely garden views. I appreciated the classic details in the hotel's decor, like the elegant furniture and charming paintings that create a warm ambiance.
The breakfast was great , but it would be nice to have more variety in the hot food options.

Highest quality of everything! Hotel as is very comfortable, cozy and romantic place. Staff is careful, helpful, positive, very professional and polite. The rooms and bathrooms were shining in bright cleanness. Gourmet cuisine, fine food, elegant interior and perfect service at the restaurant! Hotel as is the right choice to make "restart" of your stressful, hop daily life! We are impressed! It was so pity that we had just a night there. But we will be back again:)
